We guarantee we will save you a minimum of 10% off published
rates.
If these goals are not met, we will refund the percentage by which
the goals were not met times 5% of the transaction fees charged
within the twelve month period. For example:
2,000 transactions x $35 = $70,000 in transaction fees
If savings of only 9% is achieved, the 1% shortfall x 5 x $70,000
= $3,500 penalty
If savings of only 8% is achieved, the 2% shortfall x 5 x $70,000
= $7,000 penalty
