To My Culinary Friends,
After my wonderful cruise in the Mediterranean last year,
I convinced my pal, chef and restaurateur Susan Kaufman, to
co-lead this year’s culinary adventure in Greece, Turkey and
Syria. If you are as intrigued by the exotic cuisines of Greece
and Turkey as we are, I hope you will join us on a culinary
cruise aboard the luxurious, 6-Star Silversea Silver Cloud.
While on board, you are invited to attend our private cooking
demonstration featuring classic dishes from many of our ports
of call. We will also enjoy a culinary adventure at one of
our ports of call, getting a view of the country through the
kitchen window. One evening we will host a cocktail reception
just for our friends (that includes an autographed copy of
one of my books) and we’ll take a private tour of the sparkling
ship’s galley. Lots to do!

Visit romantic ports of call such as Mykonos, Patmos, Marmaris,
Alanya, and Tartous, Syria.
To make the trip completely stress-free, all gourmet meals
and beverages on board the ship, in-suite beverages stocked
every day, gratuities, and 24-hour room service are all included
in the price of the cruise. The Silver Cloud offers open seating
dining, all the time; when, where and with whom you dine is
up to you. I love that!
In addition, for those who would like to explore Athens’
food scene with us, there will be a 3-day pre-cruise tour
of Athens that will include a cooking demonstration. I will
be assisting a local chef in Athens. We will then be taken
with the chef to and wine tasting. Your hotel stay will be
at the Five Star Athens Plaza Hotel. Hurry as only 30 guests
