2 - Installation and Training |
- We mail or deliver a welcome packet containing a memo from your
company management, information on MontroseTravel.com,
and a travel profile request to each of your travelers and travel
coordinators.
- We follow up with your travelers to ensure each profile has been
completed and remitted. Upon receipt, their travel
data is entered into our system.
- We visit each of your locations to provide training, introduce your
MontroseTravel.com team, and familiarize your travelers
with our products and services.
- Each traveler is personally contacted by their primary agent for
introduction and welcome. |
- Travelers begin using our services.
- Any necessary follow up training and technical support are coordinated.
- Regular reviews are scheduled with your account managers to ensure
a smooth transition. |
MontroseTravel.com assumes all implementation related expenses, including creation
of informational materials, travel, creation and customization of
reports, online tools, and technology products.
The steps detailed above are usually completed within four weeks
of account intialization. |
