Shipping & Returns

Shipping Restrictions
Most products at MontroseTravel.com can be shipped to all 50 states, as well as APO and FPO addresses and Puerto Rico. However, there are a few restrictions:

- We cannot ship internationally, nor do we ship to U.S. Protectorates, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- APO/FPO orders are shipped via standard delivery only.

Standard Shipping Rates
The easiest way to calculate your shippings costs is to let us do it for you. Simply add all your items to your shopping cart, then continue to checkout. You will come to a Review page, with shipping costs listed in the upper right-hand corner. After reviewing this page, you can then submit your order.

Shipping and handling charges are based on which delivery option you choose, the weight of the item(s) you choose and your shipping preferences. Please note that some items have a flat shipping fee. Most items are received within 14 to 21 days. Please contact us directly at: (800) 590-3624 if you must receive your order in less than two weeks. Still need help? Please feel free to contact us.

Address Information
If the address is not entered correctly, your package may be returned as undeliverable. Save time and avoid frustration by entering the address information in the appropriate boxes and double-checking for typos and other errors. We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Providing us with error-free shipping and billing addresses will avoid unnecessary delays and get your packages delivered. Here are a few tips to keep in mind:

General Address Tips
1. If paying by credit card, your billing address must match the address that appears on your monthly credit card statement. Be sure to check your statement for accuracy.
2. Leave fields blank if they don't apply to your shipping or billing address. Do not enter "N/A”, "Not applicable”, "None”, "Same”, etc.
3. Enter information in the appropriate fields. For example, do not enter city and state information in the "Address Line 2" field; use the provided city and state fields instead.
4. Avoid using accent marks or non-English characters. Our systems cannot process Chinese characters, Cyrillic letters, etc., and entering these into any of the address fields may delay shipment of your packages.
5. Do not enter shipping or delivery instructions in any of the address fields. Make any shipping notes in the "Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order" field.
6. Having trouble getting your address to fit on Street Address and Address Line 2? Here are some common U.S. Postal Service abbreviations that might help:

APO & FPO Addresses
Having trouble entering an APO or FPO address on our order form? Following these steps should help:

City field: Enter "APO" or "FPO."

State/Province/Region field: Enter "AE" if the recipient is stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East. Enter "AA" if the recipient is stationed in the Americas. Enter "AP" if the recipient is stationed in Asia or the Pacific.

Country field: Always select "United States" from the drop-down menu regardless of where the recipient is stationed. Following these steps will ensure that you're charged the correct shipping amount and that your order will be delivered in a timely fashion. All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via First Class Mail. We estimate 5 to 7 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) Addresses
If you're a private mailbox holder (use a local commercial mail receiving agency), do not use "Box" for your mailbox number, instead use # or PMB. This will ensure that your address is not mistaken to be a P.O. Box, and that orders can ship to you via means other than the U.S. Postal Service.
