Montrose Travel Incentive Certificates may have minimum purchase requirements.
Please refer to the individual Incentive Certificate for details. Gift Certificates
are available in increments beginning at $100 for both individual gift-giving
and corporate purchases. All orders may be placed on-line.
Can corporate accounts purchase Gift and Incentive
Certificates on-line?
Companies are welcomed to shop on-line. Corporations are encouraged to contact
our sales associates directly to discuss customizing a corporate incentive program

Are there restricted travel dates?
Gift Certificates do not have special restrictions, however travel will be based
on availability. Most Incentive Certificates are based on restricted travel.

How long are Certificates and Gift Certificates valid?
Gift Certificates are valid one year from the date of issue printed on the face
of the award. Incentive Certificates a valid up to the date printed on the individual
Incentive Certificate.
What if a Gift Certificate cannot be used within the
12-month period?
The recipient may return the unused, valid Certificates Certificate along with
a $100.00 check to Montrose Travel for a 12-month extension. This must transpire

What other kinds of restrictions are associated with
Montrose Travel Incentive and Gift Certificates?
Montrose Travel incentive products require a contact for companies that plan
to purchase more than 10 products within a 12-month timeframe. Gift Certificates
cannot be bartered or resold. Incentive Certificates cannot be used for business
or group travel, nor bartered or resold. Gift and Incentive Certificates require
advanced booking.
How long does it take to receive Montrose Travel Incentive
and Gift Certificates?
Once payment is received distribution is within 14 business days of receipt
via FedEx.
What forms of payment does Montrose Travel accept for
Certificates and Gift Certificates?
Checks and all major credit cards.
Can certificates be customized?
Incentive Certificates are in pre-printed denominations and cannot be customized.
Gift Certificates can be customized to include a company name, event or congratulatory
message free of charge.
Are certificates replaced if misplaced or
lost?
No, certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or expired.

Reservations and ticketing can be handled by calling the supplier number or
going to the website listed on the Incentive Certificate. This is printed on
all Incentive Certificates for the recipients' convenience. Gift Certificates
must be booked and ticketed by Montrose Travel.
