Each traveler will be given a special VIT (Very Important Traveler) code. The code is used when phoning our 24-hour service, which is operated by THOR, Inc. (THOR 24) in Louisville, Colorado.

THOR 24 is an independent service provider, however in order to offer this service to our clients with confidence, we subject THOR 24's agents to the same standards of quality that we expect from our own agents. Each reservation or interaction with our after-hours service is documented, and the traveler contacted personally to ensure satisfaction with their experience.

THOR 24 has access to each of MontroseTravel.com’s records and individual profiles to ensure accuracy and quality service when after hour reservations are made. This includes company policies, preferences and contracts.
